FOR SALE! Dear Dennis As you are probably aware Pro MT starts in the UK this year and I thought you might like to see the latest shots of our truck. It's an old leafer to help get us going but we take delivery of a Dan Patrick's chassis next week and will be starting on a new state of the art race truck. Our current truck has just under gone a major rebuild at the moment it's going to have to pull double duty as a ride and race truck. specs are Straight rail leaf sprung Turbo 400 transmission Blown 454 (as most shows aren't MTRA sanctioned at the moment we can run a blown motor in the ride truck we just run a small chip to keep things nice and sensible) 2.5 ton air shift transfer case Clark 20 ton planetaries
The race truck is as follows Dan Patricks chassis KS shocks all around Over built turbo 400 transmission Profab 24" transfer case Blown 572 bow tie, dynoed @ 926hp @ 6000rpm on pump gas (don't need more power over here yet) Body TBC I'll send you the final shots as soon as it's done if you like All the best Dave "Cartman" Crosland 4Xtreme racing Sounds great. The art work looks fantastic on this one. I will do a page following the build up of the new truck. Thanks for filling us in and keeping us informed Dave. The body tucks behind the driver. The rear where the seating is, is all lexan (enhances the experience a bit) and the small body is the mini monster. The body is a 1978 CJ7. Dennis here are the latest photos of Slaine there's still a few bits to do like the front bumper but otherwise she's pretty much finished. The truck looks fantastic. One of the most creative I've seen in years. |
