Painted: 1993 Steve "SPEEDY" Loose wrote: I met Anthony Fortier in 1993 while on a trip with Jack Brady to a show in Florida. I noticed there was no lettering on hi 1967 Mustang fast back. I mentioned I had my lettering equipment with me. Tony asked if I could letter the truck right there and then. I was hired on the spot. I lettered the truck right there in the rodeo arena standing on milk crates. Pony Express with it's new letters was ready to race that evening. Paint was still wet, but that didn't stop Tony from jumping cars. It was awesome. |

My boys Alex and Tony love to play around the big trucks. |

Painted: 1994 Steve "SPEEDY" Loose wrote: In 1994 Anthony had finished the season with a green paint scheme. He wanted a new look, like a stock 1967 Ford Mustang GT Fast Back. I came up with a design putting 2 white stripes on the body and airbrushed realistic looking headlights and tail lights. I also added a three color and gold leaf outline on the doors. This was the only truck I lettered with the body off the chassis. Pictures provided by Joe Nicter. |
