AM/PM BOSS REPLICA

"I was searching a website when I ran across an image of a monster truck

taken at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Since I was heading there on vacation, I

figured I would track it down and take pics. Well, here they are. This is a

light weight replica of AM/PM BOSS. It used to sit on top of the Petersons

museum in L.A. until last year when it was replaced by a red Dodge #9 NASCAR.

The truck was sold and shipped to Planet Hollywood in Myrtle Beach. The only

thing different is that they took the name of.

This truck is a replica. It looks real from a distance, but once you get up

close, it is plain to see. The frame looks real, except that it is about 1/16

thick steel. The body is completely gutted. The rears are made out of wood.

The block is bare with the exception of heads, and exhaust manifolds. The

device used to attach the truck to the building in L.A. is still attached. If you

look closely at the pics, the wheels don't touch the ground. Well, take care. I

hope you can use these on the site somewhere.
