BIGFOOT SHUTTLE

Bob & Marilyn Chandler's BIGFOOT Shuttle was developed in the winter of 1985 and started performing for the TV-1 filming of the "Return of the Monster Trucks". Also used as a monster driver trainer.

VEHICLE: 1990 FORD Aerostar mini-van body, with sunvisor by Deflecta-Shield, originally built at the Ford Assembly Plant in St. Louis, Missouri, and modified to monster truck specifications by BIGFOOT 4X4, Inc. in 1985 .

ENGINE: Stock FORD 3 Liter V6 with electronic fuel injection

TRANSMISSION: FORD automatic with TCI race converter and a FORD 205 transfer case

AXLES: 2 1/2 ton military with Detroit lockers by Dyneer and Warn lockout hubs on all four wheels

SHOCKS: 8 Trailmaster BIGFOOT Signature Series Shocks

TIRES: 48x25x20 Firestone flotation tires

FUEL TYPE: High octane racing gas - Jaz fuel cell

HEIGHT: 8'5"

WIDTH: 8'5"

WEIGHT: 7,585 lbs.
