This one took a couple weeks to build. It was hard to get the stripes to line up on the different surfaces.
A lot of detail was need to make this rep. Notice the grab handles in front of the door, mirrors, 2 different lights up front, and the lights up top.
The real truck has a hydraulic lift on the shackle to raise and lower the truck. I built that in, it could have been painted in, but wouldn't be the same.
Some more detail in the back. Notice the hook on the winch cable, not just painted. The clevises and hook on the rear bumper took some time also. It is hard to see in this picture but there are hand rails on the back of the truck by the tail lights. |
